Building durable, long-lasting equipment is in our genes. It goes back to production and manufacturing of the first capper in 1954 by the current owners of Lazar and maternal grandfather Mr. Eurico Amaral. Mr. Amaral was known in the industry as the “Avon Man” as he was able to design, develop and select the many types of caps the Avon Cosmetic Company requested. I joined the bottle capping business in 1977 and started from the ground up as a mechanic and machine assembler. As mechanic and later as a machine design engineer I produced many types of special closure machinery including Capping, Lid applicators, Plugging machines, Ball placers, Brush placers and many other different closure equipment.

Ms. Sabrina Gaviria, our “Marketing and Sales Manager” can guide you to select the proper machine for your application. Mr. Christian Gaviria, “Chief Engineer and Systems Designer” will produce equipment using the latest technology using Touch Screen programming and Servo Motor applications. Mr. Jason Gaviria, “Production Manager” will ensure your parts and machines are manufactured to the highest quality and get your machines and parts out in a timely fashion.
